How Do I Cancel A Order?
To cancel call us at 888-958-5815 or Email: SUPPORT@DMVGATES.com with an order cancellation request. Please Note: Order number must be present when the request appears.
We understand that on occasion, orders will need to be cancelled and our customer service team is happy to assist.
Cancellation must happen before the item is shipped. Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours.
No Refund Policy
At DMV Gates we stand by every product we sell. We will do everything we can to make you happy with your purchase. You may cancel your order at anytime prior to the shipping of the item. However, due to the nature of the product and its customization, we are not able to issue a refund to an existing order once it fabricated and shipped to its destination.
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
ONLY if you cancel your order before it has been shipped, cancellation is free.
DMV GATES products are warranted by the manufacturer against defects in materials and manufacturer workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase (unless specified otherwise). Warranty coverage is provided if the recommended installation procedures have been followed. After the first year warranty has expired, DMVGATES.COM will not provide any additional warranty. LiftMaster Residential Operators are warranted by the manufacturer against defects in materials and manufacturer workmanship for a period of seven years from the date of purchase (unless specified otherwise).
LTS products are warranted by the manufacturer against defects in materials and manufacturer workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase (unless specified otherwise).
workmanship, labor and installation charges are not included in any warranty policies (unless specified otherwise).
Verification of the warranty period requires copies of receipts or other proof of purchase. Please retain these records; we do not store information.
According to our policy, we can only honour warranties with the original buyer of a gate. If a property has been sold and has changed ownership, we are unable to extend the gate warranty to the new owner.
